Here is a political cartoon from the 1919. It is called 'Peace and future cannon fodder'.

Question: Look carefully at the cartoon. What do you think it means?

Skipton walk map

This hopefully will give the skipton walk map that accompanies the podcast!!

There are several ways that you can use this map:

1) Screenshot it to import it into word or powerpoint - all you do is select Shift+Print Screen on the keyboard and this will allow you to paste is straight into word or powerpoint with a CTRL+V or right-click paste. NB you may need to crop the image to remove unwanted things from the picture.

2) Click 'View larger map' to see it bigger and be able to scroll in and out easily. Try clicking on the red areas and the blue pushpins to access information and photographs.

3) Click the 'Sat' or 'Satellite' button on the top of the map to switch the view to ariel photographs, you can zoom in quite far to see individual houses.
